I have used this for a massive leg project and it does wonders but the trick is the prep before. 2hrs to an hr before i scrub the area opening the pores then i put a thick layer, wrap it in plastic, then place a heating pad over. It circulates the blood and get the lido deep in the skin. I can easily sit for 4+ hours with this stuff.
