Safety notice regarding recall to provide child-resistant lids on the 1 oz | 30mL Numbing Cream:

 

• Mad Rabbit, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is working to issue a recall to provide a safety notice and consumers with a free child-resistant lid to replace the current lid on the Numbing Cream containing 4% Lidocaine.  
• CPSC uses the term "recall" to describe any repair, replacement, refund, or notice/warning program.  This notice will be categorized as a repair.
• This notice is related to the packaging of the Numbing Cream containing 4% Lidocaine.  This does not affect the safety or performance of the formula itself for its intended use.
• Consumers should immediately secure the product out of the sight and reach of children.  Once the product is secured, consumers can continue to use the product as directed.

 

What consumers can do if they purchased the 1 oz | 30mL Numbing Cream:

• If you are in need of a replacement lid or have any questions or concerns, please contact Mad Rabbit at product@madrabbit.com or go to www.madrabbit.com/pages/contact-us and once the recall release is finalized Mad Rabbit will send you a replacement lid.
