Do I need to have an account with Mad Rabbit?
Yes! Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account if you don’t already have one.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $14.99 every year for access to the membership program.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. Please note that upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to all membership benefits. Mad Rabbit does not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.
How do I become a member?
Add the membership to your cart from this page and check out! Then you will be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing Mad Rabbit account.
How do I redeem cashback?
At Checkout, you'll see any credit available in your account. You can choose the amount you'd like to redeem and your credit balance will automatically be deducted when you complete check out. Make sure to log in to your Mad Rabbit account in order to see your balance.
My benefits aren't working. Why?

Can I ship to my country?
