Unexpected gift

I got this for my son for Christmas,who every year claims his current tattoo is his last! He found it so funny and add he’ll finish his sleeve and that’s it! But which one ? But now I know what he needs and he liked his gift .

I was expecting more of the item. Just seems like generic lotion in nice packaging. Not worth the money in my opinion.
