- Prepare by cleaning and shaving (if necessary) the area before applying.

I was a little bummed when I get my new jar of numbing cream. I was wondering why it didn’t work as well as the first jar and then I saw that the ingredients were different. 4% lidocaine instead of the 5% like the old formula. You wouldn’t think that 1% would make a difference but it definitely did. Please think about going back to the old formula.
Works great if you dont keep it on your skin too long, i had it sit for 3 hours on accident
Been using this for about two years. The formula has changed, for the worse. Used to be 5% lidocaine but now it’s 4% lidocaine with menthol. This new formula pills and drys and flakes everywhere, hardly lasts an hour no matter how long we keep it on. Menthol is generally not recommended for the skin either as it can be irritating. It’s also smaller for the same price, 44ml to 30ml. Disappointed, needing to look for another product.
It was a small and quick tattoo. But I was able to sit though my whole session and didn’t feel a thing.
Followed the instructions and it wore off within 1 hr :(. I had a 3 hr session.
