If you met Lee at work, you might never guess she’s covered in tattoos. “I wear long clothes most of the time, so when I’m at an event or casual outing there’s always someone asking, did you always have those??”
 
Her journey started with the classic “just one” plan — one tattoo when she turned of age, inspired by a family full of ink. But after her first piece, she realized it wasn’t nearly as bad as people warned. “I wanted another, and another and another… and many others.”
 
The tattoo that holds the most meaning for her is a shared piece with a close friend: a version of The Creation of Adam on her right arm. “It looks like two hands reaching out to each other but they’re too far apart to actually touch. It’s something my friend and I both loved, and it’s even printed on cards.”
 
Mad Rabbit has become an integral part of her daily routine. “You mean how has it taken over my life?? I’ve learned a lot, and I never skip a day now.”
 
When asked what her tattoos say about who she is, Lee is refreshingly honest: “My tattoos aren’t meant to tell stories or reflect the person I am. I just simply love the idea of having them.”
