Dear Ambassador,

I always forget that January has a false start. It drags on, everyone resets at a different pace, and then suddenly the last week hits and things start clicking into place. Also, January definitely lasted nine weeks.
 
People are posting again. Conversations are picking up. It feels like the right moment to pull everything together and head into February with a little momentum.
 
If this is your first time seeing one of these in a while, or ever, welcome. Every other week, I send a snapshot of what is happening across the community. New rewards, challenges, standout posts, and updates worth knowing about. If you ever miss an edition, it is always saved to your Ambassador Dashboard the day after it goes out.

📌 Important Updates

• New rewards are now live in the dashboard, including the Tattoo Balm Stick 3-Pack, the Tattoo Care Starter Pack, and the Tattoo Balm Variety Set.
   
  
• The redemption limit has been removed from the 2025 AMB shirts. If you’ve been saving points, this is a good time to grab one — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
   
  
• Mad Rabbit is now available online at Ulta.com. Our first-ever Ulta challenge goes live 2/1. Yes, that Ulta. Full details are listed later in the February Challenges section.
   
  
• February kicks off with a conversion boost. There’s a limited-time discount increase paired with a bonus-points opportunity for making a sale in February. Full details are outlined in the Commission Highlights & Updates section below.

Kits and routines continue to drive higher-value orders, with Soothing Gel showing up consistently across both individual products and bundled purchases. Larger orders tend to combine daily care items with aftercare staples rather than a single SKU.

⭐ Ambassador of the Week: Alexandria Santos
Ambassador for 2+ years
 
Alexandria Santos brings a quiet, grounded energy to her work that feels deeply connected to nature. Outside of tattooing, she is a reptile and amphibian enthusiast with a serious love for plants. As she puts it, “I love nature and my green and brown tones with a hint of gold.”
 
Her tattoo journey started in a deeply personal way. Alexandria gave herself her very first tattoo, pushed by the excitement of a new machine and working in a new shop, and the pull to create something permanent that was entirely her own.
 
The tattoo that carries the most meaning for her right now sits along her collarbones. Green leaves and brown thorns, done by one of her closest friends, and one of the few pieces she did not tattoo herself.
 
Tattoo care is a non-negotiable part of her routine. She always uses Mad Rabbit Soothing Gel throughout the healing process and encourages her clients to do the same. The body wash is part of her daily routine, with the foam wash always in her shower.
 
What tattoos have given Alexandria goes beyond the artwork itself. “Connection and understanding.” Some of her closest relationships began with someone sitting in her chair, and she values the time and care that come with those moments when clients need it.
